Status
Thailand stockpiles two types of cluster munitions (both US-manufactured), but it is not believed to have ever used the weapon.  An observer in the Oslo Process (including at the Wellington Conference in February 2008), Thailand did not adopt the Convention and is not believed to be prepared to sign the Convention in Oslo, Norway on 3 December.

Take Action
Please send a personal letter urging Thailand to sign the Convention.
