PowhiriWlg_18Feb0818 Feb 08 - The Wellington Conference on cluster munitions kicked off this morning with elegates from more than 120 countries and 137 civil society representatives in attendance. This meeting represents a critical crossroads in the Oslo Process, as the draft treaty text from this meeting will be the basis of negotiations in Dublin in May.
