The Development Resource Centre is hosting a film screening of “Unacceptable Harm: 40 Years of Cluster Munitions” at Ilott Theatre in Wellington. This documentary film by Chris Anderson shows how cluster bombs have inflicted a deadly toll on civilians in conflicts from Laos forty years ago until Lebanon in August 2006. This and other short films will be screened together with a discussion led by Australian photographer John Rodstead on using media to achieve advocacy objectives.
