The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade has issued a call for up to five tertiary students to provide support to next February’s Wellington Conference on Cluster Munitions. The unpaid conference officer positions offer students “an insight into how multilateral, UN-style meetings are run on a subject of major importance to the New Zealand government.” Application forms are available on the MFAT website and the deadline is Friday, 30 November 2007.
